Dash

Old dash was cracked and ugly. Built my own wooden dash. Switches still to be wired up
Old V8 extracted and full overhaul.

Engine was at approx 400,000km (odometer stopped working at 325 000km...) Also was leaking water, which turned out to be rusted Welsh plugs.
Engine was "upgraded" with a 3.9l cam shaft

Build Purpose
This is a shoestring budget build of my old Landy. My wife and I are keen to hit the roads of Southern Africa, there is so much to see... The Landy build is going far too slowly, I have rebuilt the motor, got the front sorted about 90%, now busy with the homemade popup roof and interior build. All will be done DIY
